This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued, as well as the procedures for requesting one.

Refund Process

The following steps outline the refund process:

  • Request Submission: Customers must submit a refund request in writing (email or official form) within 30 days of the date the payment was made. Include your full name, policy number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documents.
  • Refund Review: Gati Solutions will review all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund Initialization: Refund amount will be credited to the customer within 5-7 business days
